we were upgraded to new-fashioned classic room with a fantastic view of the alps. the stuff was very professional and especially helpful and gave some great recommendations. its handy, central location was a plus.

The location was the best, just 5 minutes walk from vorarlberg museum. The breakfast was warm with slices of fresh bread, cereal, and scrambled eggs: D

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and made our stay memorable. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was outstanding. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable.

The receptionist now knows us by name after a few visits, the check-in process is extremely simplified.

I suspect that the hotel will feel the noise pollution from the street as soon as the construction site is finished.
